沈孝業 企業家要為職工將來著想

樂化(hua)集團(tuan)董事(shi)長沈孝業(ye),不但是山東(dong)省優秀(xiu)共(gong)產黨(dang)員、省勞動(dong)模范,還是縣(xian)市省三(san)級人大(da)代(dai)表。
沈孝(xiao)業觀(guan)察到:下地干農(nong)活的(de)老(lao)人,有(you)些快(kuai)80歲了,精神頭很足;有(you)些剛60歲出頭,但精神差多了。 他們的(de)差別,主(zhu)要不(bu)在(zai)身體(ti)狀況(kuang),而是因為(wei)高齡老(lao)人是從企業退休的(de),本就有(you)一(yi)份養老(lao)金(jin),下地干活是圖個樂子(zi);低齡老(lao)人則當了一(yi)輩子(zi)農(nong)民(min),種地是為(wei)了生存(cun),也就多了點艱辛(xin)。
遐想將(jiang)來,沈孝業(ye)兀然自(zi)警(jing):自(zi)己將(jiang)來年(nian)邁(mai),廠里的職工也有年(nian)邁(mai)時。真到(dao)了(le)那(nei)一天(tian),千萬不可出現自(zi)己或少(shao)部分職工生(sheng)活有保(bao)障、廣(guang)大職工難以安(an)享晚年(nian)的一幕(mu)。為了(le)現在、將(jiang)來他(ta)能坦然面對自(zi)己企業(ye)的所有職工,他(ta)認準了(le)一個理:對職工要(yao)(yao)(yao)一視同仁,要(yao)(yao)(yao)處理好(hao)企業(ye)的眼前(qian)利益(yi)和長遠利益(yi)的關系,從訂立勞動合同到(dao)參保(bao)繳(jiao)費(fei),一切(qie)國(guo)家法律規定的事(shi),都要(yao)(yao)(yao)認真執行。

被人們譽為(wei)山東省(sheng)昌樂(le)(le)(le)縣民營經濟(ji)(ji)領頭雁的樂(le)(le)(le)化漆(qi)業股份有限(xian)公(gong)司,是樂(le)(le)(le)化集團下屬的一家(jia)擬上(shang)市公(gong)司。該(gai)公(gong)司擁(yong)有總資產2.1億(yi)元,職工(gong)800余人。多(duo)年(nian)來,樂(le)(le)(le)化漆(qi)業股份有限(xian)公(gong)司堅持以現(xian)代化的管理(li)理(li)念(nian)運作經營,注重以經濟(ji)(ji)效益和(he)社(she)(she)會效益同步增(zeng)長。在(zai)經濟(ji)(ji)效益逐年(nian)提高,年(nian)利稅實(shi)現(xian)3000余萬(wan)元的基礎上(shang),公(gong)司積極(ji)發展(zhan)職工(gong)保險福利事業。在(zai)為(wei)不少老職工(gong)參加社(she)(she)會保險多(duo)年(nian)后,今年(nian)起(qi),又為(wei)600多(duo)名農(nong)民工(gong)辦理(li)了養(yang)老、工(gong)傷(shang)、失(shi)業、醫療(liao)四項保險手續(xu),為(wei)此年(nian)增(zeng)繳社(she)(she)會保險費150萬(wan)元。該(gai)企業的行為(wei),為(wei)全(quan)縣經濟(ji)(ji)和(he)社(she)(she)會保障事業的發展(zhan)起(qi)到了很好(hao)的示范帶動作用(yong)。
作為(wei)民(min)營企業,山(shan)東樂化漆(qi)業股份有限公司用(yong)工(gong)(gong)多為(wei)年輕的(de)農民(min)工(gong)(gong)。由(you)于(yu)受環(huan)境和自(zi)身素質(zhi)影響,他們不(bu)僅缺(que)少對(dui)勞動合(he)同、社(she)(she)會保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian)等法規政(zheng)策的(de)了解,還普(pu)遍認為(wei):現(xian)在年輕,投不(bu)投保(bao)(bao)(bao)無所(suo)謂,只要工(gong)(gong)資高就(jiu)行(xing)。按一(yi)(yi)般(ban)經營者的(de)觀念,既(ji)然職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)不(bu)愿參(can)保(bao)(bao)(bao),也(ye)就(jiu)順水(shui)推舟算了。但是,該公司老總沈孝業卻認為(wei):“不(bu)為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦理(li)(li)勞動合(he)同和社(she)(she)會保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian),既(ji)是對(dui)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合(he)法權益的(de)侵害(hai),對(dui)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)未來不(bu)負責(ze)任,也(ye)是對(dui)企業 的(de)健康發(fa)展(zhan)設(she)置障礙(ai)。”他曾在股東大會上說(shuo)(shuo):“我(wo)們要正確處理(li)(li)好眼(yan)前利益與(yu)長遠利益的(de)關系,現(xian)在不(bu)為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參(can)保(bao)(bao)(bao)繳費,看似節省了資金,但將來職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)老有所(suo)養(yang)、病有所(suo)醫等問題會給我(wo)們企業帶(dai)來沉(chen)重(zhong)的(de)包袱。從另一(yi)(yi)角度說(shuo)(shuo),為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參(can)保(bao)(bao)(bao)繳費,能(neng)增強職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)干事業的(de)積極(ji)性,激(ji)發(fa)企業活力,理(li)(li)順職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)管理(li)(li)關系。再(zai)說(shuo)(shuo),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)將我(wo)們企業當作衣食(shi)之本,我(wo)們也(ye)得為(wei)他們負起這份責(ze)任啊!”

采(cai)訪中,記者(zhe)還了解(jie)到,對企業(ye)“強(qiang)制”職工(gong)參(can)(can)加(jia)社(she)會保(bao)險(xian)的(de)舉措,也有(you)個別人(ren)不能接受,因為參(can)(can)保(bao)后個人(ren)需繳(jiao)納(na)部(bu)分社(she)保(bao)費(fei),表面看(kan)收有(you)所降(jiang)低。他(ta)們(men)竟然為此離(li)開了該企業(ye)。沈孝業(ye)在為他(ta)們(men)惋惜之(zhi)余,堅定地(di)表示:作(zuo)為有(you)責任(ren)感的(de)企業(ye)家,我們(men)必須既想到職工(gong)的(de)現(xian)在,也考慮他(ta)們(men)的(de)未來。參(can)(can)加(jia)社(she)會保(bao)險(xian)對職工(gong)、對企業(ye)都是有(you)好處的(de),無(wu)論如何(he),我們(men)要堅持(chi)這么做(zuo)。他(ta)還說:“作(zuo)為人(ren)大代表,我要建議政(zheng)府,采(cai)取更強(qiang)硬手段,解(jie)決好民(min)營企業(ye)和(he)農(nong)民(min)式參(can)(can)保(bao)問題,要將所有(you)類型企業(ye)、不同身(shen)份職工(gong)都納(na)入社(she)會保(bao)障的(de)覆蓋范圍。”
