  被人(ren)們譽為(wei)(wei)(wei)山東省昌(chang)樂(le)縣民營(ying)經(jing)濟(ji)領(ling)頭雁的(de)(de)樂(le)化(hua)漆業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si),是(shi)樂(le)化(hua)集團下屬(shu)的(de)(de)一(yi)家擬(ni)上(shang)市公(gong)司(si)。該公(gong)司(si)擁有總資產2.1億元(yuan),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)800余人(ren)。多(duo)年(nian)來,樂(le)化(hua)漆業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si)堅(jian)持以(yi)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)理(li)念運作經(jing)營(ying),注重(zhong)以(yi)經(jing)濟(ji)效益和社會(hui)(hui)(hui)效益同步增長(chang)。在經(jing)濟(ji)效益逐年(nian)提高,年(nian)利稅實現(xian)3000余萬元(yuan)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang),公(gong)司(si)積極發展職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)福(fu)利事業(ye)(ye)(ye)。在為(wei)(wei)(wei)不少(shao)老職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參加社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)多(duo)年(nian)后,今年(nian)起,又(you)為(wei)(wei)(wei)600多(duo)名農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)理(li)了(le)養(yang)老、工(gong)(gong)傷、失業(ye)(ye)(ye)、醫療四項(xiang)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)手續,為(wei)(wei)(wei)此(ci)年(nian)增繳社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)費150萬元(yuan)。該企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)行為(wei)(wei)(wei),為(wei)(wei)(wei)全縣經(jing)濟(ji)和社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)障事業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發展起到了(le)很好的(de)(de)示范帶動作用。

  采訪中,記者還(huan)了解(jie)到,對企業(ye)“強制”職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參(can)(can)加(jia)(jia)社會(hui)保(bao)險的(de)(de)舉措,也有(you)(you)個(ge)別人(ren)不能接受,因為(wei)(wei)(wei)參(can)(can)保(bao)后個(ge)人(ren)需(xu)繳納部(bu)分社保(bao)費,表面看收有(you)(you)所降低。他(ta)(ta)們(men)(men)竟然為(wei)(wei)(wei)此離開(kai)了該(gai)企業(ye)。沈孝業(ye)在為(wei)(wei)(wei)他(ta)(ta)們(men)(men)惋(wan)惜之余,堅定地表示:作為(wei)(wei)(wei)有(you)(you)責任感的(de)(de)企業(ye)家(jia),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)必須(xu)既想到職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)現在,也考慮他(ta)(ta)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)未來。參(can)(can)加(jia)(jia)社會(hui)保(bao)險對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)、對企業(ye)都是(shi)有(you)(you)好(hao)處的(de)(de),無論如何,我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)要(yao)堅持(chi)這么做(zuo)。他(ta)(ta)還(huan)說:“作為(wei)(wei)(wei)人(ren)大(da)代表,我(wo)(wo)要(yao)建(jian)議政府,采取更強硬手段,解(jie)決好(hao)民營(ying)企業(ye)和農(nong)民式參(can)(can)保(bao)問題,要(yao)將(jiang)所有(you)(you)類(lei)型企業(ye)、不同身份職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)都納入社會(hui)保(bao)障的(de)(de)覆蓋范圍。”
