沈孝業 企業家要為職工將來著想

樂(le)化集團(tuan)董事長沈孝業,不(bu)但是山東省(sheng)優秀共(gong)產黨員、省(sheng)勞動模范,還是縣市省(sheng)三級人大代表。
沈(shen)孝業(ye)觀察到:下地干農(nong)(nong)活的老(lao)人,有(you)些快80歲(sui)了(le),精神頭很足;有(you)些剛60歲(sui)出(chu)頭,但精神差多了(le)。 他們的差別,主要不在身(shen)體(ti)狀(zhuang)況(kuang),而是(shi)(shi)因為高齡(ling)老(lao)人是(shi)(shi)從企(qi)業(ye)退休的,本就有(you)一份養老(lao)金,下地干活是(shi)(shi)圖個樂(le)子;低(di)齡(ling)老(lao)人則當了(le)一輩(bei)子農(nong)(nong)民,種地是(shi)(shi)為了(le)生存(cun),也(ye)就多了(le)點艱辛。
遐(xia)想(xiang)將(jiang)來,沈孝業(ye)兀然(ran)自警:自己將(jiang)來年(nian)邁(mai),廠里的(de)(de)職工(gong)(gong)也(ye)有(you)年(nian)邁(mai)時。真到了(le)那一天,千萬(wan)不可出現自己或(huo)少(shao)部分職工(gong)(gong)生活有(you)保障、廣(guang)大職工(gong)(gong)難(nan)以安享晚年(nian)的(de)(de)一幕(mu)。為了(le)現在、將(jiang)來他能坦然(ran)面(mian)對自己企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)所有(you)職工(gong)(gong),他認準了(le)一個(ge)理(li):對職工(gong)(gong)要一視(shi)同(tong)仁,要處理(li)好企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)眼前利益和(he)長遠利益的(de)(de)關系,從訂立勞動(dong)合同(tong)到參保繳費,一切國家法(fa)律規定的(de)(de)事,都要認真執(zhi)行。

被人(ren)們譽為(wei)(wei)(wei)山東省昌(chang)樂(le)縣民營(ying)經(jing)濟(ji)領(ling)頭雁的(de)(de)樂(le)化(hua)漆業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si),是(shi)樂(le)化(hua)集團下屬(shu)的(de)(de)一(yi)家擬(ni)上(shang)市公(gong)司(si)。該公(gong)司(si)擁有總資產2.1億元(yuan),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)800余人(ren)。多(duo)年(nian)來,樂(le)化(hua)漆業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si)堅(jian)持以(yi)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)理(li)念運作經(jing)營(ying),注重(zhong)以(yi)經(jing)濟(ji)效益和社會(hui)(hui)(hui)效益同步增長(chang)。在經(jing)濟(ji)效益逐年(nian)提高,年(nian)利稅實現(xian)3000余萬元(yuan)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang),公(gong)司(si)積極發展職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)福(fu)利事業(ye)(ye)(ye)。在為(wei)(wei)(wei)不少(shao)老職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參加社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)多(duo)年(nian)后,今年(nian)起,又(you)為(wei)(wei)(wei)600多(duo)名農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)理(li)了(le)養(yang)老、工(gong)(gong)傷、失業(ye)(ye)(ye)、醫療四項(xiang)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)手續,為(wei)(wei)(wei)此(ci)年(nian)增繳社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)費150萬元(yuan)。該企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)行為(wei)(wei)(wei),為(wei)(wei)(wei)全縣經(jing)濟(ji)和社會(hui)(hui)(hui)保(bao)(bao)障事業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發展起到了(le)很好的(de)(de)示范帶動作用。
作為(wei)(wei)民(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),山(shan)東樂化漆業(ye)(ye)股份(fen)(fen)有(you)限公司(si)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)多為(wei)(wei)年(nian)輕的(de)(de)農(nong)民(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。由于受環(huan)境和自身素質影響,他(ta)(ta)們(men)不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅缺少(shao)對(dui)勞動合同、社會保險(xian)等法規政(zheng)策(ce)的(de)(de)了(le)解(jie),還普遍認(ren)為(wei)(wei):現在年(nian)輕,投不(bu)(bu)(bu)投保無所謂(wei),只(zhi)要工(gong)(gong)(gong)資高就(jiu)行。按一般經(jing)營者(zhe)的(de)(de)觀念,既然(ran)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)愿參(can)保,也就(jiu)順水推舟算了(le)。但是(shi),該(gai)公司(si)老總(zong)沈孝業(ye)(ye)卻(que)認(ren)為(wei)(wei):“不(bu)(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)理(li)勞動合同和社會保險(xian),既是(shi)對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)合法權益(yi)的(de)(de)侵(qin)害,對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)未來(lai)不(bu)(bu)(bu)負責任,也是(shi)對(dui)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye) 的(de)(de)健康(kang)發展設置障礙。”他(ta)(ta)曾(ceng)在股東大會上說(shuo)(shuo):“我(wo)們(men)要正確處理(li)好眼前利(li)益(yi)與長遠利(li)益(yi)的(de)(de)關系,現在不(bu)(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參(can)保繳費(fei),看似節省(sheng)了(le)資金(jin),但將來(lai)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)老有(you)所養、病有(you)所醫等問題(ti)會給我(wo)們(men)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)帶來(lai)沉重(zhong)的(de)(de)包袱。從另一角度說(shuo)(shuo),為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參(can)保繳費(fei),能(neng)增強職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)干事業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)積極性,激發企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)活力(li),理(li)順職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管理(li)關系。再說(shuo)(shuo),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)將我(wo)們(men)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)當作衣食之本,我(wo)們(men)也得為(wei)(wei)他(ta)(ta)們(men)負起這(zhe)份(fen)(fen)責任啊!”

采訪中,記者還(huan)了解(jie)到,對企業(ye)“強制”職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)參(can)(can)加(jia)(jia)社會(hui)保(bao)險的(de)(de)舉措,也有(you)(you)個(ge)別人(ren)不能接受,因為(wei)(wei)(wei)參(can)(can)保(bao)后個(ge)人(ren)需(xu)繳納部(bu)分社保(bao)費,表面看收有(you)(you)所降低。他(ta)(ta)們(men)(men)竟然為(wei)(wei)(wei)此離開(kai)了該(gai)企業(ye)。沈孝業(ye)在為(wei)(wei)(wei)他(ta)(ta)們(men)(men)惋(wan)惜之余,堅定地表示:作為(wei)(wei)(wei)有(you)(you)責任感的(de)(de)企業(ye)家(jia),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)必須(xu)既想到職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)現在,也考慮他(ta)(ta)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)未來。參(can)(can)加(jia)(jia)社會(hui)保(bao)險對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)、對企業(ye)都是(shi)有(you)(you)好(hao)處的(de)(de),無論如何,我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)要(yao)堅持(chi)這么做(zuo)。他(ta)(ta)還(huan)說:“作為(wei)(wei)(wei)人(ren)大(da)代表,我(wo)(wo)要(yao)建(jian)議政府,采取更強硬手段,解(jie)決好(hao)民營(ying)企業(ye)和農(nong)民式參(can)(can)保(bao)問題,要(yao)將(jiang)所有(you)(you)類(lei)型企業(ye)、不同身份職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)都納入社會(hui)保(bao)障的(de)(de)覆蓋范圍。”
